Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! Popular destinations include the US, Canada, UK, Australia, Germany, France, and many more. International shipping costs and delivery times vary by country — enter your address at checkout to see the exact rate.
Where is my order shipped from?
We have warehouses in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, and Germany. If you are located in one of these countries, your order will be shipped directly from the local warehouse. If an item is out of stock in your local warehouse, or if you are ordering from outside these regions, your order will be shipped from our main warehouse in China.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link. You can also log into your Surebeauty account to view real-time tracking information. If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
What if my package is lost or damaged?
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@surebeauty.com with your order number. We will either send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. We may ask for photos of the damaged packaging to file a claim with the carrier.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Returns & Refunds

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:
If you're returning a product for personal reasons (changed your mind, wrong size, etc.), the product has been used, or the original packaging is missing/damaged, return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.
Good news for US customers: Returns are shipped to our local US warehouse — no need to ship internationally. We'll provide a shipping label once your return is approved.

All Surebeauty machines come with a 12-month warranty on the main machine body and a 3-month warranty on accessories and consumables.

How do I make a warranty claim?
To make a warranty claim:

- Describe the issue in detail and include photos or videos showing the problem
- Our technical team will diagnose the issue and provide a solution within 48 hours
What happens after the warranty period?
After the warranty period, we still offer paid repair services and sell replacement parts at competitive prices. Contact us with your machine model and the issue, and we'll provide a quote. Many common replacement parts (such as handles, wands, and power supplies) are kept in stock for older models.

Yes! Every machine comes with:

Are your machines brand new?
Yes, all machines sold on surebeauty.com are 100% brand new, factory-sealed, and come in original packaging. We do not sell refurbished or used equipment. Each machine is QC-tested before shipment to ensure it meets our quality standards.

What voltage do your machines use? Will they work in my country?
Most of our machines support dual voltage (110V–240V) and work worldwide. However, some larger machines are configured for a specific voltage. Please check the product page for voltage specifications before ordering.

Customs & Taxes
Will I have to pay import duties or taxes?Popular

🇺🇸 United States: No import duties for orders under $800 (de minimis threshold). Most orders ship from our US warehouse — no customs, no duties.
🇪🇺 Europe: VAT is charged at checkout for most EU countries. No surprise fees on delivery.

🇦🇺 Australia: GST included at checkout.
For other countries, any applicable import duties are the buyer's responsibility. We cannot undervalue orders or mark them as "gift" — this is illegal and we comply with all customs regulations.

How do I handle customs clearance?
In most cases, if duties are applicable, the shipping carrier (UPS, FedEx, DHL) will contact you with instructions for customs clearance. Simply follow their instructions and pay any applicable fees. If you have a VAT/EORI number, you can use it to clear customs yourself and may be able to reclaim the VAT. Contact us if you need any shipping documents for customs.
Can you declare a lower value on the shipping invoice?
No. We declare the full order value on all shipping invoices. Under-declaring is illegal and can result in fines, confiscation of goods, and legal trouble for both us and you. We comply with all international customs regulations. The good news: for US customers, orders under $800 ship duty-free, and many other countries have similar de minimis thresholds.
Customization Services
Can I add my salon's logo to the machine?
Yes! We offer logo customization on most machines. We can add your salon's logo to the machine body using high-quality printing or etched metal plates. There is usually a small customization fee and an additional 3–5 business days of production time. Contact us with your logo file (AI, EPS, or high-res PNG) for a quote.
Can I customize the machine color, functions, or casing?
For bulk orders (10+ units), we can customize machine color, add/remove functions, and even design a custom casing. This is a great option for salons and distributors who want a unique product. Minimum order quantities and longer lead times apply. Contact us to discuss your customization needs.
Do you offer dropshipping or white-label services?
