1. Order Acceptance & Processing

• We accept orders 24/7, and all orders are processed in the order they are received.

• Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.

 

2. Processing Time & Estimated Delivery

Ship from U.S. Warehouse

• Processing time: Ships the next business day

• Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after shipment

Ship from China Warehouse

• Processing time: 2–7 business days after order placement

• Estimated delivery: 12–15 business days after shipment

Please note: Actual processing and delivery times may vary due to courier availability, stock levels, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.


3. Shipping Locations

Orders within the United States are fulfilled from our U.S. warehouse or China warehouse based on product availability. Orders shipped to other countries or regions are fulfilled from our China warehouse.


4. Order Fulfillment Process

After your order is placed, the following steps are completed before shipment:

• The warehouse prepares your machine

• A full functionality test is conducted

• Quality inspection is completed

• The product is carefully packaged

• A shipping courier is arranged for delivery

• Canada

• Europe

• Australia

• UAE

• Other select countries

6. Shipping Fees

United States (Contiguous U.S. Only)

• Free shipping on all orders, whether shipped from the U.S. warehouse or China warehouse

Other Countries/Regions

• Shipping fees may apply based on chargeable weight, which is usually gross weight (machine + packaging), or volumetric weight (based on package dimensions), whichever is higher

Any applicable shipping cost will be clearly displayed at checkout.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please notify us within:

• 2 weeks for U.S. orders

• 4 weeks for international orders

We will initiate an investigation with the carrier and make reasonable efforts to recover the package.

Please note: Surebeauty is not responsible for lost or undeliverable packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.


8. Duties & Taxes

• Local taxes, customs duties, or import fees may apply in certain countries

• These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee

• The buyer or recipient is fully responsible for all applicable duties and taxes

As we ship worldwide, we cannot guarantee compliance with every country’s import regulations. If you are unsure, please check with your local customs office before placing an order.
