Order Processing
Surebeauty accepts orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Orders are processed in the order they are received. Priority and Express orders are expedited to meet the promised delivery timelines.
Processing Time
• Standard orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days.
• Priority and Express orders placed before 11:00 AM PST will be processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 11:00 AM PST will ship the next business day.
• Orders placed Friday through Sunday are processed the following Monday, and shipped within 3–8 days.
• Please note: Processing times may be affected by courier availability, stock levels, or unforeseen events (e.g., weather, customs delays).
Shipping Locations
Orders are shipped from either our Shenzhen, China warehouse or our U.S. warehouses, depending on stock availability.
Shipping from our China warehouse does not impact delivery time unless otherwise stated.
International Shipping
Shipping Process
Once your order is placed:
• The warehouse prepares your machine.
• Our team performs a full functionality test.
• After quality confirmation, your item is carefully packaged.
• A shipping courier is arranged to collect the item for delivery.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to: USA, UK, Canada, Europe, Australia, UAE, and other select countries.
Estimated Delivery Times
• International Orders: Typically delivered within 4-8 business days via express couriers such as FedEx, UPS, or DHL.
• U.S. Domestic Orders (from our U.S. warehouses): Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days.
Shipping Fees
• Free shipping is available for items shipped from a local warehouse.
• If shipping from China, fees may apply based on chargeable weight (see below).
• Shipping costs, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout. For exact rates, you may also contact customer service.
What is Chargeable Weight?
• Usually the gross weight (machine + packaging).
• In some cases, it’s calculated based on the volumetric weight (package dimensions).
Customs Duties & Taxes
• Buyers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and fees once the package reaches the destination country.
• These charges vary by product and destination.
• Duties are non-refundable in case of returns.
• For accurate information, please consult your local customs office.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Most international orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL, and may be delivered by local couriers or their affiliates.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is:
• Refused
• Unclaimed
• Undeliverable due to incorrect address
You will be responsible for:
• Both original and return shipping costs
• (For international orders) All related customs duties and taxes
These charges will be deducted from your refund.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, notify us within:
• 2 weeks for U.S. orders
• 4 weeks for international orders
We will initiate an investigation with the carrier and try to recover the package.
Please note: We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
