I got the machine and started using it 2 weeks ago. In just using it twice I lost 2.5 inches from the fat pouch below my belly button and lost 1.5 inches from the slimmest part of my waist. I’m gonna be as consistent as possible with it because these results weren’t even with me doing anything else honestly. I literally didn’t even eat healthy and just made sure to go on a walk after doing it and I think that might have helped.
