Gift Card Terms & Conditions
Purchase Policy: Gift card purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law. Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash except as legally required.
Redemption: Enter your gift card code at checkout to apply the balance. If your order total exceeds the gift card balance, select an additional payment method for the remaining amount. Only one gift card per order - cards cannot be stacked or combined.
Refunds: If you return an order paid with a gift card, the refund amount will be credited back to the same gift card.

1. Return Eligibility
We offer customers a 30-day return guarantee from the date of receipt. We accept returns and exchanges only if all of the following conditions are met:
• A product quality issue (non-human caused) is reported
• The product is unused
• The product is returned in its original packaging

2. Returns Requiring Customer-Paid Shipping
You will be responsible for the return shipping fee if any of the following apply:
• Return due to non-product-quality reasons
• The product has been used
• The original packaging is missing or damaged

9. Gifts
• If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return after the item is received.
• If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser, and the gift giver will be notified.

• Shipping fees may apply based on chargeable weight, which is usually gross weight (machine + packaging), or volumetric weight (based on package dimensions), whichever is higher

7. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please notify us within:
• 2 weeks for U.S. orders
• 4 weeks for international orders
We will initiate an investigation with the carrier and make reasonable efforts to recover the package.
