Technical Principles
Diamond Microdermabrasion: Using a special micro-etching pipe with fine diamond particles of different sizes on the head, it employs a back-and-forth rubbing method combined with vacuum suction control to gently exfoliate the surface layer of the skin. This non-invasive, physical dermabrasion method removes dead skin, improving the skin's regenerative capacity and texture.
Glass Tube: Utilizing vacuum suction, it extracts blockages and deeply cleanses the pores. Two different shapes of glass tubes are designed to thoroughly remove dirt and mites while fully opening blocked pores, doubling the skin’s cleansing power.
Spray Bottle: Using high-pressure oxygen and water, it sprays a mist of particles smaller than 80 micrometers onto the skin. This enables active water molecules and pure oxygen to penetrate the skin, accelerating nutrient absorption. The high-pressure mist passes through the skin's pores and cracks, promoting regeneration by delivering nutrients directly and swiftly to the skin while removing deeper layers of waste.

Returns
We accept free returns and exchanges subject if you meet all the following conditions:
- 1: There is a product quality problem [non-human problem] within 7 days after receiving the goods, we will bear the freight
- 2: The product is unused
- 3: Returned in the original packaging
You will need to pay for the return shipping fee by yourself if you have one of the following cases:

Are there any charges for return?
- Original shipping charges will be deducted from the refund. (The free shipping we provided).
- You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping. Returns must be in the original box and in new condition. A restocking fee of 25% will apply to your refund outside of these conditions.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Warranty
We offer 12 months warranty time for the main machine, 3 months warranty for the handle and screen. During the warranty period, all the broken accessories can be sent for free. Over warranty, we can provide the replacement parts or repair for free, but the buyer needs to pay the parts and shipping cost.

Surebeauty accepts orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Orders are processed in the order they are received. Priority and Express orders are expedited to meet the promised delivery timelines.
Processing Time
• Standard orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days.
• Priority and Express orders placed before 11:00 AM PST will be processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 11:00 AM PST will ship the next business day.
• Orders placed Friday through Sunday are processed the following Monday, and shipped within 3–8 days.
• Please note: Processing times may be affected by courier availability, stock levels, or unforeseen events (e.g., weather, customs delays).
