How to Use the 6 in 1 Hydro Dermabrasion Machine
Complete Hydro Dermabrasion Procedure
Step 1: Remove makeup thoroughly – 5 minutes
Step 2: Apply toner to prep the skin – 1 minute
Step 3: Apply blackhead softening solution (Bottle A) to congested areas (T-zone, chin, forehead), then use hot steam to open pores – 5–8 minutes
Step 4: Perform the Hydro Dermabrasion treatment using the appropriate handle
Step 5: Rinse the face with clean water – 2 minutes
Step 6: Apply a hydrating mask and use hot steam to boost absorption – 10 minutes
Step 7: Rinse off the mask – 2 minutes
Step 8: Pour whitening, hydrating, soothing, or anti-aging essence into Bottle B – 2 minutes
Step 9: Perform the Hydro Spray Jet treatment evenly across the face
Step 10: While working on the forehead, move the handle vertically toward the hairline. Use your free hand to stretch the skin for a smoother application – Repeat 2 times
Step 11: Apply your chosen essence (whitening/hydrating/soothing/anti-aging) evenly over the face – 1 minute
Step 12: Use the back side of the scrubber to gently guide the essence into the skin
Step 13: Repeat treatment symmetrically on the opposite side of the face
Step 14: Perform lifting movements from bottom to top, toward the hairline – Repeat 3–5 times
Step 15: Apply a hydrating facial sheet mask – 15 minutes
Step 16: Remove the mask and rinse the face – 2 minutes
Step 17: Finish with toner, essence, moisturizer, and sunscreen to lock in hydration and protect the skin

We accept free returns and exchanges subject if you meet all the following conditions:

- Original shipping charges will be deducted from the refund. (The free shipping we provided).

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Warranty
We offer 12 months warranty time for the main machine, 3 months warranty for the handle and screen. During the warranty period, all the broken accessories can be sent for free. Over warranty, we can provide the replacement parts or repair for free, but the buyer needs to pay the parts and shipping cost.

Surebeauty accepts orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Orders are processed in the order they are received. Priority and Express orders are expedited to meet the promised delivery timelines.
Processing Time
• Standard orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days.
• Priority and Express orders placed before 11:00 AM PST will be processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 11:00 AM PST will ship the next business day.
• Orders placed Friday through Sunday are processed the following Monday, and shipped within 3–8 days.
