Installation of the Headrest
1. Unlock the angle lock.
2. Insert and adjust the headrest frame to the proper position.
3. Press the screw on the other end of the headrest to prevent it from rotating (We recommend to fix it with a 6-angle wrench).
4. Rotate the angle lock clockwise to tighten.
5. Rotate the angle lock counterclockwise to loosen.
6. Press down the angle to finish.
Note: Please don\'t adjust it unduly or violently.

9. Gifts
• If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return after the item is received.
• If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser, and the gift giver will be notified.

• Free shipping on all orders, whether shipped from the U.S. warehouse or China warehouse
Other Countries/Regions
• Shipping fees may apply based on chargeable weight, which is usually gross weight (machine + packaging), or volumetric weight (based on package dimensions), whichever is higher

7. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please notify us within:
• 2 weeks for U.S. orders
• 4 weeks for international orders
We will initiate an investigation with the carrier and make reasonable efforts to recover the package.
