Warranty
We offer 12 months warranty time for the main machine, 3 months warranty for the handle and screen. During the warranty period, all the broken accessories can be sent for free. Over warranty, we can provide the replacement parts or repair for free, but the buyer needs to pay the parts and shipping cost.

The machine came in and did not work. I must admit it was a bit of a hassle on our end to communicate with surebeauty as they are out of the country. BUT - Every day I emailed, and every night they emailed back. We came to a resolution and we now have a working machine.
