The Surebeauty Photon Ultrasonic Facial Device, designed for facial beautification, uses natural light waves, which are transmitted by LED into the skin. The light activates photoreceptors in skin, producing energy for absorption by skin components, to beautify your complexion. Studies show that light enters the body as photons energy and are absorbed by the photoreceptors within skin. These beauty care units are used to treat soft part injuries and skin conditions such as burns, and acne. The spectrum of light is especially effective for treating wounds, cuts, acupressure points or other areas close to the surface of the skin. It balances skin tone and enhances circulation, inhibiting the formation of melanin pigment, fighting acne and dermatitis, and smoothing pockmarks, scars, and wrinkles. This device can produce 7 COLORS and improve a lot of skin problems.
- Red: The 650nm red light is for awakening and activating the skin
- Blue: The 462nm blue light is for calming and diminishing inflammation.
- Green: The 527nm green light is for comforting the skin.
- Purple: The 600nm purple light is for waste elimination.

1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges only if all of the following conditions are met:
• A product quality issue (non-human caused) is reported within 7 days of receiving the product
• The product is unused
• The product is returned in its original packaging

9. Gifts
• If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return after the item is received.
• If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser, and the gift giver will be notified.

Orders within the United States are fulfilled from our U.S. warehouse or China warehouse based on product availability. Orders shipped to other countries or regions are fulfilled from our China warehouse.

6. Shipping Fees

• Free shipping on all orders, whether shipped from the U.S. warehouse or China warehouse
Other Countries/Regions
• Shipping fees may apply based on chargeable weight, which is usually gross weight (machine + packaging), or volumetric weight (based on package dimensions), whichever is higher

7. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please notify us within:
• 2 weeks for U.S. orders
• 4 weeks for international orders
We will initiate an investigation with the carrier and make reasonable efforts to recover the package.

8. Duties & Taxes
• Local taxes, customs duties, or import fees may apply in certain countries
• These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee
