What Aftercare Is Advised?

To ensure your body responds well to ultrasound cavitation, drink 1.5L of water prior to and following your treatment. Stagger 2L intake of water over 24 hours, for three days post-treatment. Always carry a large bottle with you to encourage water intake.
It is important to stimulate the area after treatment, we advise massaging the area every day to help stimulate the process of metabolism.
The intervals between sessions recommended are at least 3-6 days.
A minimum of 20 minutes of elevated heart rate exercise is required post-treatment. This is best done immediately after your session and for 3 days following this is to ensure the stored energy released by the cavitation process is burnt off. If you don’t like cardio, infrared sauna sessions have a similar effect on the body.

Who Might Cavitation Not Be Right For?

If you have any of the following health conditions, unfortunately, you will NOT be able to have Ultrasound Cavitation.
Ultrasonic Cavitation is not for people with heart disease, kidney failure, or liver failure. It is not for those who are pregnant, and you must wait for a minimum of three months after childbirth or at least six months after the C section.

Warranty

We offer 12 months warranty time for the main machine, 3 months warranty for the handle and screen. During the warranty period, all the broken accessories can be sent for free. Over warranty, we can provide the replacement parts or repair for free, but the buyer needs to pay the parts and shipping cost.

What is chargeable weight?

The chargeable weight is usually the gross weight of the machine (machine weight plus packaging), and in some cases the chargeable weight is calculated by the package volume.

Custom Duty

Buyers are responsible for paying all duties, taxes and other fees which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination. Duties on goods can widely vary, depending on the product and the country it was manufactured in. Other charges and duties may also apply, depending on the items. Duty fee will not be refunded on any type of returns. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Customers in the U.S. and Canada will not be charged custom duties.

Track Package

International orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL and will be delivered by local post or its affiliates. When your order ships from our warehouse, we send you a shipping confirmation email including your tracking number. To track your package, simply enter your tracking number at usps.com,ups.com, fedex.com or dhl.com

Orders placed are usually processed and shipped within 2-5 business days from the time the order is placed. Priority and Express orders placed before 11:00 AM PST will be processed and shipped out the same business day. Priority and Express orders placed after 11:00 AM PST will be processed and shipped out the next business day. The day an order ships does not count as a day in transit. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be processed the following Monday and shipped within 3-8 days. Subject to change due to COVID-19 safety restrictions, courier pickup limitations, production shortages and force majeure.

Orders are shipped from Shenzhen China or Southern California, Texas warehouse base on stock availability. Shipments from our Shenzhen China warehouse will have no effect on the lead time of an order, unless otherwise stated. 

Refuse Package

If your package cannot be delivered, is unclaimed, or is refused, you are responsible for the following:

  • Original and return shipping costs.
  •  (International orders only) Duties, taxes and other customs charges that are incurred on the package for both the original and return shipments.

The amount of these charges will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If the package shows delivered to your address, but is missing you must report to us within 2 weeks of placing your order (domestic shipments) or 4 weeks of placing your order (international shipments). Once you have reported your lost package, we will launch an inquiry with our carrier about the lost package and attempt to have it recovered.

Process

Originally had received a damaged probe but company made it right and sent another immediately. Arrived quickly. So far I like the machine. Seems to do a good job IF you follow basic cavitation protocols. Drinking lots of water before and after, and staying active following sessions. Also, keep a healthy diet while going thru process. I know it will take time and persistence to get the outcome I desire but I am committed to following through with the process. So far after 3 treatments I have seen some improvements. Circumference in waist is smaller and flatter. Still have a few treatments before I reach my goal. So far I think this is a good machine with strong power and I believe it does the job intended. I do wish the cavitation section of the probe was a little bigger. Overall good machine.
